Politique de remboursement

We want you to love your socks. If, for any reason, you would like to return your order contact us at hello@tartanstudio.co, please provide the reason for your refund request.

We will provide a full refund, as long as:

• Your items are unused and in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
• You return the products to us within 28 days of your order being delivered.

To return your socks, please contact us on hello@tartanstudio.co and we provide instructions.

Once we have your return and have inspected the items, we will send you a confirmation email and let you know the outcome of your refund request. If approved, you can expect a refund within 7 days of us confirming your refund.

Exchanges

Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order.
